My appologies to those of you who have been waiting for the plot package I
promised.  I mangled the address to mod.sources when I sent it, and went out
of town for a week immediately after.  Hopefully I got it right this time,
and the package will appear soon.  (Providing that the mail system doesn't
chew it.)

To those of you who asked me about the Raster Tech filter,  I decided that I
could not send it out without cleaning up the code a bit first.  Since there
were several requests, it might be worth sending it out on the net.
