Information about User Interface Prototyping Environment needed !!!

Until today, not many commercial user interface prototyping 
environments are available.
To set up a user interface prototyping environment on a unix operating
system I could use some help.
Who can give me some information about this subject:
  information about available environments
  tools to use in the environment
  remarks,ideas,experiences with this subject etc.
