The /etc/termcap entry for tvt (Berkeley 4.3) claims that it is the
entry for the Tatung.  Using this termcap entry on a tatung, however,
leads to very bad within-line movement errors -- the screen proclaims
you are somewhere within the line you aren't.

Does anyone have a fix for this entry?
