Sanders) Organization: AT&T Bell Laboratories, Columbus Lines: 14 I have several old TI silent 700 terminals that I would like to use as logging printers on several LAN controlers. There are few messages printed, so these 700 would serve well.. The problem is getting the silent 700's up to an rs232 level. The 700's have a built in modem 110/300 baud. It also has a DB15 connector on the back. Does this DB15 connector bring out any rs232 signals????? I dont care to much about data signaling, just tx,rx and gnd.. Has anyone converted a silent 700 to use on a normal rs232 line????? ================================================================================ Gary W.
