We at the University of Calgary, have Release E of C++.  I suspect
from recent postings that this is not the most current release.

Who should we get in contact with to obtain the most current
version?  What red tape is there? etc.

Any help would be appreciated, as I plan to use C++ to implement
a substantial part of my thesis.
