Although it's a mystery to me why anyone would want to convert
bad old Fortran programs to worse new C programs, the question
of how to do just that seems to come up repeatedly.  I just got
a blurb in the mail about Fortrix, a program intended to
aid that conversion.  Although I would not and have not used
such a program, those who might can call 1-800-FORTRIX ext. 34
for a free information package, according to the blurb.
