Chicago, Astronomy & Astrophysics Lines: 10 Chuck Duff, the primary author of Neon, an object oriented language for the Macintosh is almost finished with a product for the IBM-PC. It is an object oriented language modeled after smalltalk, as was Neon, but is even more smalltalk-like. I have not seen the language, called Actor, but it should be out in the fall. The language defaults to late binding, but one has the option of early binding. This should improve speed. If anyone is interest in more information, I can post Chuck's company's address on the net.
