I am looking for suggestions about how best to implement an arpa-style
mailing list on a 4.2 system with sendmail.  I'd like to set it up with
an info-xxx receiver that automatically forwards incoming mail to people
on the list, and an info-xxx-request that either changes the info-xxx 
list or sends me mail asking for manual intervention.

I'm also interested in any handy scripts that a list maintainer might
find useful.
