It is claimed by the local IBM Product Center that the
editor listed in a recent edition of the IBM publication
called "The Directory" is a version 2 of the IBM
Personal Editor.  From the description, it sure looks
like that is what it is.  I think it costs $49 and you
order directly from IBM.
