The subject line says most of it.  Anyone used this beast?  I have a 
(presumably) working board, with 0000 info.  I am familiar with the 765A
FDC chip, but I have no address-select info, no jumper info, nothing.

Obviously some kind soul who would let me pay for them to copy a manual
would be the best, but even a few hints be E-mail would be much 
appreciated.
