It needn't be very fast (although that is desirable!) but it is essential that it support all standard C features since programs will have to be ported onto unix eventually. I know that there are literally 100's of compilers available, so what I really want is info on which ones to keep away from! Also, info on public-domain compilers/interpreters would be appreciated (budgets are ALWAYS low!). If replies are sent to me directly, I'll summarize and post them to this newsgroup. Thank you, Vin.
