Simple.  Just fetch the file PD:<CPM.STARTER-KIT>SIMTEL-ARCHIVES.INFO from
SIMTEL20.  It identifies all the top level PD directories and how to follow
the subdirectory tree, as well as the nitty-gritties of file formats.  Each
subdirectory usually contains at least one file which describes the contents
of the subdirectory.
