To get a list of the options of the say command,
(I wouldn't forget something like that!)
just type

say<RETURN>

from the CLI.  Two windows will be opened.  In the top window, all the
options are listed.  (The options are:
        -m      male voice
        -f      female voice
        -r      robot voice
        -n      natural inflection
        -s##    speed (i.e. -s200     from 40 to 400 is valid)
        -p##    pitch (i.e. -p200   from 65 to 320 is valid)
        -x      filename
)
