	The problem... I can't seem to disable it.  Am I correct in saying
that I have to set the SERF_XDISABLED bit in the serial flags before
openning the device?  Is there something I missed?, because it didn't 
turn it off.  

I can't simply set the XON XOFF character's to unused control chars because
I'm using all the chars (e.g. a RAW data transfer).
