This is a test of net.micro.amiga; it turned up in a copy
of a usenet "active" file we got from someone else, and
we have a couple of Amigas around here, so I thought....

We seem to have a problem that our usenet software doesn't
accept any items to a group until we post at least one
message to the group.  Is this a common behavior?  It
seems a bit weird to me.
