Just another vote for this opinion.  If your Lattice command line looks
like:
	LC{1} <options> -i:INCLUDE/ -i:INCLUDE/lattice/ source_file
Then you don't need the "lattice/" in the #include statment.
Please leave it out.  Thank You.
