I know the feeling, I had to get someone on the ARPANET to ftp it and
send me a disk (thanks Eric :-).  Even as we speak, my Manx C compiler
crunches away on it (there are some problems under Manx), and it should
be available in the next few days on one of my library disks.  Now all
I have to do is figure out how to get the diffs back into the "official"
version.
