WHAM!] While, "officially" speaking, no developer support people were laid off, the fact remains that some of the departed (or soon-to-be-departed) provided a great deal of help and information to developers, far over and above the call of duty. Two of the ones I'll miss the most are Bruce Barrett (frequently seen on the net as "bruceb") and Stan Shepherd -- I hope they'll find a way to remain on the nets!
