In the Toronto area, we get mixed reports on the reliability
of the double sided floppy drive (the one in the 1040). One specific
complaint is that a disk written on one drive may well not be
readable on another drive.
A suggestion was made thatthe heat from the internal power supply
on the 1040 might be causing dimensional changes in the drives.
Any comments from netland?
