Lines: 12 My dDad bought Micro Illustrator for his Radio Schachack PC clone, but later found out the only printers they support are $1600 ink jet ones! This seemed patently reidiculous to me, since the print fileimaag=age is stored on a file and the format of the file mis known to some software. Why couldn't it be sent to ainterpreted by a program and sent to a dot matrix printer. After all, on a monochrome screen, it's only pixelss. Can anyone tell me the format of the print file. ? I am assuming that Micro PIllustrator files are compatible across systems (and that the same is true of their print files). Walt (Lazeatr at Mitre.arpa)
