I can tell you that TOS in ROM Is definitely available to users--
the various dealers have them or can get them.  They cost $25
and installation is extra.  (List price only--your price may vary).

By the way, we received 3 copies of your message on the list.
It got through each time.  SOme recipient at MIT missed
his copy, but the other 100's of people did get the message.
