Can anyone tell me how to get files thru arpanet?  I can not figure out how to
get files mentioned in different letters, nor can I figure how to get archived
messages.  Please help me.  Also, I need to find out how to get uuencode.  We
have AT&T 3b20s, vax vms4.0, and vm/sp 4.0, what files can I get to help me
out?  As you can guess, I am new to the network, and I am having a tough time
determining how to send for stuff....
Please help, before my brain pops!!!!
