If you send me a request, I will e-mail a copy.  I hesitate to send that
long an article around the net a second time.  I have added net.micro.atari
to the list on this followup, as there has been a lot of MIDI discussion
in that group apparently (PC clone owner that I am, I haven't been following
it).  If I get a whole pile of requests, I might repost it.
