The conference info-ibmpc suffers from none of these, probably because it has a moderator (the job rotates weekly, I believe). Short of getting a moderator, the best thing that could happen would be for info-atari16 to get filtered through a program that filtered out old or empty messages BEFORE they are sent out to us listeners. --> Do such programs already exist? - Dan (kegel@juliet.caltech.edu, kegel@citjulie.bitnet)
