In the May 1986 issue of ST Applications (new magazine) there is
an advertisement for a company who is doing hardware upgrades of
SS drives to double sided.  They advertisement reads
    "Send your SF354 disk drive unit (No power supplies please)
     with $120 plus shipping & handling to....."

The company is called "Komputer Korral" in Portales, NM.


Does anyone have any experience with this company, or with upgrading
their drives to double-sided?

(Please don't say "You should have thought about that BEFORE.....", since
 that statement is reserved for parents taking children on long
 automobile trips!  :-)
