Has anyone tried to put any of the new 1 Meg dynamic ram
chips in either the 520 or 1040 ST?  I'm specifically thinking
of the Fujitsu MB811000 1048,576 X 1 device.  I can get
them really cheap...  :-)  The big problem I see is that
it's an Nmos device and probably draws too much power.
Anyone have experience?
