You must make sure the RS232 loader executes FIRST, then your program. Also, you may have to run it as AUTORUN.SYS to prevent DUP clobbering it... Try the following: 1) copy RS232.xxx to AUTORUN.SYS 2) copy TERM.xxx to AUTORUN.SYS/A then re-boot....the AUTORUN.SYS will execute after DOS loads, first loading the RS232 handler, then executing the terminal program.
