I have been told that MicroDesign, the makers of the Keeper Appletalk file
server have gone bankrupt, Is this true?  I was about to send my keeper in for
the ROM upgrade they had promised for 8 months but just made available.  Does
anyone have an extra upgrade around they would consider selling?
