Previous messages refer to the Absoft Fortran compiler and the Microsoft
Fortran compiler.  The Microsoft product originates with Absoft - the
copyright notices are (c) Microsoft Corporation 1985, (c) Absoft Corporation
1983, 1984, 1985.

I have both compilers (yes, they are legal; no, I didn't pay for both) and
they appear to be different versions (as in version 99.4) of the same compiler.
