ResEdit is a marvelous tool.  My compliments to Apple for the concept.
One minor enhancement could make a good tool even better: Please, please,
please display the offset (in hex) from the beginning of the resource
(in the left margin) when a resource is opened (specified or implied)
in the Open General (hexadecimal) format.  It puzzles me how anybody
can reliably edit any resource longer than one screen without this
information.
