Bart says the current version of the Resource Editor (1.0D?) is Reliable.
Why, praytell, is it still in "beta-test"?  Someone at Apple must know of
some little bugs here and there.  By "unwieldy", I mean too big to fit on
a disk with anything else useful.  In any case, you have admitted that it
contains some half-dozen-odd independent editors, but that you or I can't
add our own.  Scott's point is well-taken, though: an English explanation
of "picker" design would be a help to all.  Care to try it, anyone?

Please, I posted the challenges not to bitch about what *is*, but
to suggest what *could be*.  Let's keep discussion positive, OK?

P.S. If it's all the same to you, I don't consider the "Copy DA" problem beaten
*quite* yet. Copying one file at a time is humbug (if better than nothing).
