In the June 1986 issue of A+ magazine, there is an article which
gives the pinout diagrams for every cable and connecter Apple has ever
used.  It is a very useful article, I would strongly recommend going
out to buy a copy of A+. Every Mac connector is listed, for the
128/512, the Mac Plus, plus modems (both types of Apple modems plus
normal Hayes (RS-232) compatible), both types of Imagewriters, both
laserwriter connectors, etc.
