My Mac+ is connected through its modem port to a terminal server which is in turn connected to an Ethernet, yet I have the same problem with the interrupt switch as has been reported. If I use the printer port instead of the modem port to talk to the Ethernet, the interrupt works fine. If you really need to use the debugger at the same time as your modem, switch to the printer port. But be warned that the printer port is not recommended for modem communications. I hope that this problem is in the ROM software so that it can fixed with a patch in a future System file. If it's in the hardware, we'll probably never see it corrected. -- -------------------- David Fay GTE Laboratories Waltham, MA 02254 harvard!bunny!daf1
