Summary: How do you catch "Shift-Shift"?

  Hello,  I have a freind who needs to write a program that does
some stuff like Sidekick,  specificly,  to catch the "Shift-Shift",
or "Ctrl-Alt", or similar type keystrokes.  How is this done?
