    My father has a Color Computer and I finally talked him into
a 64k memory upgrade, however after installing the new chips and
putting in a strap at location "W1" on the mother board the unit
only recognizes 32k.  My question is do I have the strap in the
wrong location and if so what is the correct location or do I 
have a chip failure.  The computer works fine up to 32k.  Thanks
in advance for any help.
