Message-ID: <104@vsedev.UUCP> Date: Wed, 21-May-86 09:46:41 EDT Article-I.D.: vsedev.104 Posted: Wed May 21 09:46:41 1986 Date-Received: Sat, 24-May-86 04:01:21 EDT Organization: VSE Software Development Lab Lines: 18 Keywords: AT, hard disk Xref: linus net.micro.trs-80:604 net.micro:13303 Has anyone connected a second disk to their Tandy 3000? I have a 3000 with a 20 Meg internal disk and I have access to another identical 20 Meg disk from my office (we replaced it with a 110 Meg disk) and I would like to hook it to the controller that is in the machine. The cabling seems to all be there except for one control cable of which I have (came with the 110 Meg disk). All of the power supply cables and such seem to be in order. When I hook up both drives by hooking up the apropriate connectors it seems that the drives are in parallel. Is there a jumper that I need to move or what? Of course there is no documentation since both drives are originally primary drives one from each machine...
