BUT, if you want to rid yourself of the little buggers -- round about mid-summer spiders build nests and lay their egg sacs all over -- in hidden places, outside near house foundations, etc. Your job -- find all these egg sacs and destroy them. And they are often outside (or wherever spiders live). Burn them when you've collected them. Good way to get rid of gypsy moths, too. -- "IS HE DEAD?"
