	For the past few days, I've been noticing alot of noise in the
dialup modems in several computer systems on campus -- CSRI and UTCS.
It seems to be worse during the day and disappears in the wee hours of
the morning.  It makes communication at 1200 baud practically impossible
and communication at 300 baud just tolerable.  The noise sounds like
little random clicks.  Does anyone know where the heck this noise is
coming from?  It's terribly annoying!
