It is time once again for the International Obfuscated C Code Contest, already
in it's third year.  Look for a copy of the rules in net.lang.c, along
with a reposting of the 1985 winners.

Entries and votes send prior to May 1 were lost by the nsc mailer.  All has
been fixed now, please resend your entries.  *sorry*
