So for Human-Nets@Red.Rutgers.Edu there exists Human-Nets-Request@Red.Rutgers.Edu Unfortunately, although this convention is largely followed by mailing list administrators, most host administrators don't bother to tell their users about this. In this sense, the ARPA Internet is much like the USENET: it depends upon the host administrators to educate their users in the proper and effective use of the network. Erik E.
