The problem:

	 Our mod.computers.68k newsgroup was never created. I would
	 like to create this newsgroup using inews (preferably), but
	 since it's moderated, the news software won't let me.

Any ideas out there? I could re-create it by hand but would
rather lean the automated way for future reference.
