The list of moderators comes from spaf@gatech who has been busy writing 
a thesis lately and has not had time to post a list. The moderators
file on standard netnews is not updated automatically although I have
submitted code for a control message to do an update in the same
manner as the newsgroup list is updated. No one has responded to this
idea since I submitted the modifications almost 6 months ago. Sigh.
