In the late 30's and early 40's the B&M bought a number of R1a's, R1b's, R1c's, and R1d's from Lima (4-8-2). About half of them were scrapped in the mid-50's but some were sold to the B&O and other RR's. Does anyone know if any still exist anywhere in the US or world? Also, when Steamtown moved to Pa. it took B&M 3513, a big, beautiful 4-6-2, with it. There was talk of putting this engine back in working order. Is there any truth to this? If so what? thanks -- peter osgood --- I'll take the train anyday, anywhere--
