The Fortran version of Empire is copyrighted. Decus erroneously distributed
the source, they have since stopped. I wrote the original for a PDP-10,
Herb Jacobs and Dave Mitten converted it to the VAX.

I'm sorry, but the source code is not available. Please do not post it
to the net.
