Congratulations to Werner Uhrig (werner@ut-ngp.UUCP) the poster of this
list. It clearly indicates how much goes astray in reaching various
installations. The line above was selected because it is a posting I
have been diligently watching for since the binary was posted and had
no way previously to know that it had been posted.

Perhaps some volunteers in various parts of the net could post lists
like this (but shorter and more frequently -- e.g. monthly) so that
installations could see what they have missed in various areas.
This would provide some of the advantages of a moderated newgroup
without some of the features many object to.

With the relay system used by the net an error by one installation
can cause loss to many others.

I post this here to follow up the previous posting but suggest that
further discussion should go to net.sources.d the sources discussion
news group.
