In the file "hersh.oc3" there is a mistake in the right
margin value for character 3010 (capital J in romant.hmp)

 3010 45JJSFSWRZQ[ RTGTWSZ RUFUWTZQ[O[MZLXLVMUNUOVOWNXMX RMVMWNWNVMV RPF
         ^
Our library has the NBS book, so I checked the correct value
and the entry should read:

 3010 45JZSFSWRZQ[ RTGTWSZ RUFUWTZQ[O[MZLXLVMUNUOVOWNXMX RMVMWNWNVMV RPF
         ^
This changes the left,right margins from -8,-8 to -8,+8.

NB: the leading space on this record IS significant - the digit
"3" at the start of 3010 should be the second character on the
line.
