I've a seemingly simple question: How does one get System III or System V
nroff to output formfeeds, instead of counting lines?  I've tried various
-T options, but they all seem do to variously bizarre things.  Also is
there any setting which will get it to do underlining and bolding using
carriage returns, rather than with backspacing?  I have a filter, but it
would be nice not to *have* to use it.  (The only terminal I ever heard of
that preferred backspacing was an IBM 2741 clunker.)
