Maybe, but probably not. However, I've been advised by others publishing
academic journals that overseas subscriptions are a royal pain (even in non-
Commonwealth countries :-) ) due to getting checks cashed, issues that never
show up and need to be re-sent, and so on. Most folks said "double the price
and expect that few will subscribe." Anyhow, you're in Canada, so don't worry.
If this is a financial hardship to someone out there, let me know.
