Does anyone have any ideas/references/programs(!) for pretty
printing stack based languages like FORTH or PostScript?

The problem is making clear the production of objects on the
stack and their subsequent consumption: do you indent to show
points at which the stack becomes completely empty, reverts to
the same depth as before, ???

PostScript is the language I am particularly interested in, but
any replies would be welcome.
