I had an rcp hang a few days ago.  It was one I started manually, and I'm
quite sure I wasn't out of processes on either machine. (This was between
Camelot and Pescadero.  I run csh.) If I'd been thinking, I'd have tried to
get a core dump instead of just killing it.
